As a full religious broadcaster with established religious qualification criteria for all employees, WBGL is exempt from all three specific prongs of the Commission’s EEO recruitment outreach rule. Furthermore, the dissemination requirement does not apply when filling a full-time vacancy with an internal promotion if the promoted employee was originally hired after the broadcaster sought to fill the job vacancy by complying with the 3-prong EEO outreach requirements.
The one full-time position which was filled during this period was as a result of
promotion from within.
