Opening for On Air Team

WBGL seeks an afternoon show co-host who is genuine and wants to use their voice to connect others and encourage listeners in their everyday lives. Someone who is passionate about reaching out and compelled to generate creative content. A vibrant personality who will help the station grow and who is anchored in a growing relationship with Jesus.

The ideal candidate will…

-Have a positive outlook on life and can encourage others.

-Have a heart for people and a desire to see people grow in their faith.

-Want to have fun and do meaningful work.

-Long to share how God has worked in your life to inspire others.

-Be transparent and authentic, fun-loving, but not lacking depth, and willing to share real life on the air.

This is an opportunity to work in an environment which allows you to be vulnerable during hard times and celebrated during good times and supported along the way.

WBGL strives to equip each employee with the tools and training needed to do his/her job well and to excel at it. We're a team striving to do things that matter and if that resonates with you, we would love for you to apply.

To apply, please upload your air check, resume and cover letter (that includes a short introduction of yourself), HERE.

No phone calls please. Minorities and women are encouraged to apply. EOE.
