Please join us, First Baptist Church in Aurora, IL as we search for God’s will and leading in finding a new Pastor. Our Pastor of 28 years retired last year. We pray for a leader who will have a passion for our community. There are so many ways to serve while spreading the HOPE of Christ.

Please agree in prayer for the Supreme Court to make a God honoring decision in the case filed against the FDA regarding the following: (words taken from court documents) 1 FDA’s sloppy approval process for the release of abortion pills mifepristone & misoprostol; 2 FDA labeled pregnancy a “serious and life-threatening illness”; 3 allowing drugs to be dispensed through the mail without a physical exam to diagnose life threatening issues like gestational age or ectopic pregnancy. Lord help us!

Izzy is a fifth grader with cancer, for the third time. Please pray for her healing!

The front tires on my car are so bald I can see the wires sticking out. I have an appointment at Walmart 1:00 P. M. I still have to drive the car to and from work and I have church Sunday morning.

Asking for strong protection, intervention, peace, joy, more love, more strength, wisdom, guidance and breakthrough for us and all in need.

Lord lift our dying mother to the gates of heaven. Hold her gently in your healing, loving arms. She has been suffering for too long. It is time to give her peace and rest.

My dad had his scan and cancer is shrinking in his lungs. They found a little spot on his liver. Hoping the cancer did not spread. Kinda nervous and stressed. Trying my best not to worry and give it to GOD. But it’s hard sometimes. Need prayer for healing for him. And for peace for my family.

Please pray for healing for Leo's knees and that he will get some relief from the pain soon. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it!

Please pray for my upcoming medical testing. And for my son that deals with depression and anxiety and with his struggles with self – medicating.

I am in desperate need for prayer. My husband and I felt a calling to start flipping houses. We put all our money into this home to flip and make beautiful for a family to enjoy. It has been on the market since the beginning of March, and still no offers. I am stressed, scared, worried and have prayed constantly that God will move this mountain and sell our home asap. We have invested all our savings into this home, and we are now in financial trouble. Please Jesus, help us…we need to see your faithfulness and help us through this. Thank you for all your prayers!
