Who is Summer Refresh for?
Summer Refresh is an invitation for women in all walks of their faith journey to gather together for a fun and encouraging night. We ask that attendees are 15 and older. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend.
Where will Summer Refresh take place?
Summer Refresh will be held at The Vineyard Church of Central Illinois in Urbana, Illinois: 1500 N Lincoln Ave, Urbana, IL 61801
Are there accommodations for nursing mothers?
Yes! The venue has a nursing mothers room available. Please ask a team member where this is located upon arrival.
Is dinner included?
Dinner is not included with general admission registration. Food trucks will be available on site beginning at 5pm. WBGL will provide every attendee with a $3 coupon to apply at the food truck of your choice. Check-in early to pick this up.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone?
All tickets are non-refundable and not transferable.
How do I contact WBGL if I have questions about my registration?
The ticketing office is open Monday through Friday, 11 am to 4 pm. Please call 651-631-5151. If it’s after hours or the weekend, please email [email protected].
Are scholarships available?
We want this to be an experience that every woman can be a part of. Generous attendees are purchasing tickets to donate to guests who cannot afford to attend the event. Limit of one (1) request of donated tickets per household. A donated ticket request is not guaranteed. You will be notified if your request can be fulfilled.
