Heartland CASA are court appointed special advocates who serve as an extra set of eyes and ears for the children in the welfare system. Heartland CASA is a volunteer organization whose mission is to ensure the children in the court system are seen, heard, and respected while in foster care. There are over 800 children in the foster care system under Heartland CASA’s care.
