Ryan Springer serves as the Program Director at WBGL, combining decades of experience with a heartfelt passion for Christian radio. With a deep love for Jesus, Christian music, storytelling, and community connection, Ryan leads WBGL’s mission to inspire and encourage listeners through Christ-centered programming. Ryan’s radio journey began in Oklahoma City, where his curiosity for broadcasting led him to his first on-air role at a Christian music station at just 16 years old. His leadership is marked by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and creating a welcoming environment for listeners. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys time with his family, exploring faith through everyday moments, and staying tuned into his favorite passions, including technology, weather, and a well-manicured lawn. A champion of Christian music artists and a proud cat dad, Ryan is dedicated to using his gifts to glorify God and encourage others.
