Child custody

I have been raising my 3 kids pretty much like a single mom for the past 7 years for my ex works swing shifts, night shift, and a lot of overtime and somehow the GAL decided that he should be able to prove he can be a dad and he got the kids and he isn’t even home in the mornings to get them up and ready for school most days due to work or they are still with me on his nights and overtime’s but I want them to go to school where I live and my ex refuses and everything is a fight because he hates paying me a single dime and I just want the fighting to stop for my kids sake and ours. But I want my kids, he’s agreed several times to let them then before signing chances his mind and it’s a roller coaster, I have been praying that this time he follows through as it’s the last time I can afford for fight with the lawyers and he knows it. I just ask for prayer that he follows through and signs the papers and that this all ends and it goes in my and my daughters favor. I’m trying to be strong in my faith but I feel like the devil is just pounding me down and I’m breaking.
