Father John Bosco has been with our parish for a little over a year now and we enjoy his bright, positive, and humble demeanor in addressing the parish as well as in his interactions with the children of Saint Paul School. He is originally from Uganda and, while his family is so far away, our parish has become a secondary family. My children come home from school beaming at what Father John Bosco taught them that day. He has a childlike love for God and it draws the kids in. So glad to have him as part of our parish!
I’d like to nominate my Pastor Johnnie Wilson for a lot of reasons. He brings God’s word every week. He makes sure he looks out for all his members. If you need help, he will be right there to help. Both him and his wife will be there to help anyone that needs it. He has helped me and my parents out several times. Once my electric went off and he helped me to get it back on, another time my parents needed a vehicle because a tree hit their’s and he found one for them. He always tells you how it is no matter if you want to hear it, and it is always something that you need to hear. He makes sure that you use your gifts that God has given you. Want to say thank you to my Pastor, and his wife. Like we say at church the base is the place.
