I appreciate the time and extra effort Pastor Randy puts into the church and community on a daily basis. I can’t express enough just how honest he is about God’s word and what God has brought him through and continues to. Pastor Randy deserves to be rewarded and acknowledged for everything he does and for all the things that go unnoticed by so many. He works his tail off to enlighten and show love to all those that around him no matter where he is at the moment. Whether it be at church, at home or just out running errands, if the Good Lord gives him something, he obeys and does as God has asked him even if in the flesh it makes him uncomfortable. Kind of like the sermons he prepared. Some topics are not addressed in churches because things may make people mad or uncomfortable, but Pastor Randy faces those topics head on and those are the topics that people need to hear the most. So I’d like for Pastor Randy of CLA in Diamond, IL know just how many people he has touch in someway, shape or form. Thank you Pastor!!

Last year was probably one of the toughest years I’ve been through in quite a while. In a four month time span, our beloved family dog passed away from cancer, my long-time job was eliminated and I was sent to a different division at the company, then my mother passed away suddenly, and I resigned at work. Life felt like it was spinning out of control and I could do nothing to stop it. However, through the grace of God, a lot of tears and questioning, plus a TON of prayer, I made it through the darkest moments. I am beyond grateful for WBGL and the consistent connection to prayer, worship music, and encouragement to find peace during the pain and confusion of life.
