We are blessed with a new pastor who has a heart for the Lord and a will to reach the lost in our community. Pastor Swann is exactly what BBC needed to jump back in to reaching out to our neighbors, bringing families to our facility to hear the word and enjoy family fun. He is an example to those in our congregation in thought, word and deed. I am beyond blessed to work as his secretary. Pastor Swann is a supportive boss, an encouraging friend and a mentor in my own Christian life. I expect see God move in amazing ways through Pastor Swann and his work at BBC.
Pastor Johnnie Wilson – Bible Based Community Church Centralia
I’d like to nominate my Pastor Johnnie Wilson for a lot of reasons. He brings God’s word every week. He makes sure he looks out for all his members. If you need help, he will be right there to help. Both him and his wife will be there to help anyone that needs it. He has helped me and my parents out several times. Once my electric went off and he helped me to get it back on, another time my parents needed a vehicle because a tree hit their’s and he found one for them. He always tells you how it is no matter if you want to hear it, and it is always something that you need to hear. He makes sure that you use your gifts that God has given you. Want to say thank you to my Pastor, and his wife. Like we say at church the base is the place.
