12 Week Classes that include spiritual practices to cultivate a life with God in your day to day.
We have three classes total this fall semester.
1. Renovation of the Heart by Dallas Willard – Putting on the Character of Christ. Explores the six dimensions of life that need transformation (thoughts, feelings, the will, the body, the social context, and the soul). This class is on Tuesdays from 6:00-6:50 p.m. and lasts for 12 weeks beginning on September 2
2. Self to Lose, Self to Find by Ruth Haley Barton – Uses the Enneagram and a study of the Spiritual Gifts to uncover your true, God-gifted self and move toward a life of wholeness and healthy emotions and behaviors as you live well in the kingdom of heaven. This class is on Tuesdays from 7:00-7:50 p.m. and lasts for six weeks beginning on September 2nd.
3. That All Shall Prosper – A course that studies the kingdom economy Jesus introduced into First Century Palestine and into the early church that put the division of class and status out of business, inviting anyone who would come and participate in this new kingdom the governing status of being well-off and alive in God’s eternal universe. We will apply kingdom principles to your business and help provide the training to transform your own context. This class is on Tuesdays from 7:00-7:50 p.m. and lasts for six weeks beginning October 14th.
