My Pastor is a vessel for God. He makes himself available to the church body as well as others in the community through grief share and different activities throughout the year. Ron shepherds the church teaching God’s word through His sermons and his actions in life. He takes time to talk with me, my husband and others anytime never rushing someone away, always taking time as His role model is Jesus and it shows. My pastor married my husband and I,4 years ago. We were the 2nd couple he had married. He has been there for both of us throughout our marriage and my husbands childhood as Ron was his best friends dad. God is at work in Ron as He prepares the people to spread God’s gospel. I am thankful and grateful for this brother in Christ, my pastor and friend. I pray God continues to lead and guide Him as Ron shepherds people to Christ.

Last year was probably one of the toughest years I’ve been through in quite a while. In a four month time span, our beloved family dog passed away from cancer, my long-time job was eliminated and I was sent to a different division at the company, then my mother passed away suddenly, and I resigned at work. Life felt like it was spinning out of control and I could do nothing to stop it. However, through the grace of God, a lot of tears and questioning, plus a TON of prayer, I made it through the darkest moments. I am beyond grateful for WBGL and the consistent connection to prayer, worship music, and encouragement to find peace during the pain and confusion of life.
