Lincolns4Lincoln Literacy Jam is more than just a fun day at the museum. It’s also a community effort to provide new books to children who are served by the Compass for Kids’ school year programs, Club Compass and Youth Leadership Development Program. Through innovative after-school and summer programs, Compass for Kids provides resources and support to underserved children in Springfield Public Schools – District 186.

There are several ways you can help and donate a new book. Just drop by the special display in the ALPLM Museum Store or Springfield’s Barnes and Noble bookstore or donate on-line
