Duane Piercy – Victory Church of Camargo
Pastor Duane Piercy is the most loving and giving man you could ever meet. I love the time he and his wife , Cheryl, take to create each sermon, and a wide variety of ministry at our church. His work has brought more teenagers into the church than ever before. I have almost attended this church for 10 years and the participation of the teens is so encouraging! From greeters, to kids singing solos, and playing guitars and drums. These kids have taken it to a new level and are participating in a Bible Study at school on Wednesday evenings. My son is one of those in the Study, and my heart is overjoyed that Pastor D's ministry has created this fire in his heart. Pastor D's love for Jesus is contagious, he too plays the guitar and sings as well! He helped me and encouraged me so much through a nasty 2.5 year divorce and even came to court and prayed with me and my ex-husband. I know this was not easy because he married us, and it was not what I wanted but I know God has a better plan. He has seen the needs of so many others. Although he has his own family matters, he sets those aside for his responsibility to the church. Our pastor helps set up and take down for Vacation Bible School, and I have even seen him trimming bushes and watering when new landscaping was done. There is nothing this man won't do for his church family. I could go on and on, this man has the biggest heart, and I know I am so blessed to have him and his wife in my life and in my children's lives. He is amazing, and I thank God for giving him to us! Thank you Pastor Duane and Cheryl for all you do for Victory Church, you are truly a blessing!!
