Help with Social Security

My husband's social security disability was terminated, then restored, however, there is a dispute regarding overpayment and they say we owe more than $54,000. My husband is paralyzed, only works part time and has always followed the guidelines for receiving Social Security disability benefits. We are confused by this while ordeal! They say it can take 60 days to get reviewed. Although they reinstated his benefit, he will not receive it until they determine he does not owe money. We are asking for prayer, for a miracle that overpayment will get dismissed and he'll receive his benefit. Many thanks!!
