Three people holding hands above the table

Prayers for a breakthrough

My little brother, he’s not very little, but will always be my little brother, is now currently homeless. He was released from prison. June 13 of 2025. He is and has been disabled for several years. He only has one arm but regardless of his situation. He always makes the best of life. He loves to work and is will to. He just got caught up and was in the wrong place at the wrong time. We are blessed and happy that he is home, however, since he went to jail he was eventually evicted, and his disability checks quit coming in. His ID expired all of his paperwork, proving who he was. His identity were seized and never returned. So he is now homeless. He did have a friend that welcomed him in until he could get on his feet. However, that friend has now been evicted and is unavailable to help my brother out, so now that person’s mother and the landlord have all come to this house, to evict My Brother, and the good side of it all is. they are offering him whatever he would like to take from this house on to his next house. However, he doesn’t have a home yet because he has been held back with the process of identifying himself for his disability services along with his income. He does not have a car. I have been supporting him as much as possible. I live in Illinois. He lives in Texas, which makes it even harder. I’ve offered him several times for him to jump on a bus and come here to stay with me, but he would like to establish himself And stay in Texas with hopes someday be able to come to visit. Today I ask for prayers for my brother Larry Palomo that a breakthrough happen for my brother. It has been a long road for him. I feel he has truly found God in his heart and accepted him into his life. I really feel like his calling is to share his love for God to help other people get on the right path. However, I feel like his faith is being challenged. He almost feels that even though he’s blessed with being outside in the world and being able to enjoy the sunshine and all those little things we take for granted these challenges. Have burden him so much that it has broke him. I asked for prayers for a breakthrough. That’s somewhere. Somebody has the compassion, or just shows up with a vehicle and an opportunity for My Brother to find a place to call home, and to take advantage of these Household items that have been given to him. I pray that his kitchen is filled with food, and has mind at peace. Thank you for your prayers, Alicia.
